Fantastic Friday in Metro Detroit ahead of windy weekend

Feeling fall-like this weekend with highs in the 70s

4Warn Weather – We are waking up in the 60s with mainly clear skies. A mild start to an overall, fantastic Friday forecast.

Dry and pleasant conditions build in today with sunshine to start, a few clouds mixing in throughout the day and lower humidity.

Highs will be in the upper 70s, close to 80. We will be a little breezy with gusts up to 20 mph.

Sunrise is at 6:35 a.m. and sunset is at 8:42 p.m.

Cooler and less humid conditions persist through the weekend. Breezy and cooler on Saturday with westerly wind gusts around 25 mph.

There will be a slight chance for a shower Sunday across the thumb. Otherwise, dry or mainly dry weather is forecasted over the next 7 days.

This weekend will feel a little more September-like with highs in the mid-70s, paired with breezy conditions. We rise back into the seasonal low 80s for early next week.
