4Warn Weather – After a brief break from some of the summer like temperatures over the past few weeks, enjoy the chilly temperatures because a warm up is on the way, looking ahead of the next week, and looking ahead over the next few months.

The Climate Prediction Center has issued its monthly temperature outlook for the month of September, and it’s one-to-three-month temperature outlook across the entire United States, taking us through November, and no surprise -- we’re expecting the trend of warmer than average temperatures to continue.

Michigan fall temp outlook

It’s not just for Metro Detroit for the month of September. The majority of the 48 states is expected to have near or above average temperatures, with the highest chance of above average temperatures over the four corners region, Florida, and the northeastern United States.
