Quick taste of fall hits Metro Detroit this weekend, and then summer temps return

Saturday highs in lower 60s; Sunday highs in lower 70s

4Warn Weather – A quick taste of fall, then summer makes a comeback.

This evening, skies will start to clear out a bit as we get some late-day sunshine—a chilly night ahead with a low of 49 degrees.

Saturday

Saturday starts out quite cool and doesn’t really warm up very much. It will also be a bit breezy, adding to the fall-like chill in the air. Highs will be in the low 60s.

Sunday

Sunday will be a great day for Detroit Lions tailgating, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures returning to around 70 degrees.

Then, we begin a healthy warm-up for next week. Don’t get too used to those sweaters; shorts will be needed before highs return to the mid- to upper 80s.
