Rain chances creeping into view in Metro Detroit

Cold front approaching from the west

4Warn Weather – Areas of fog are developing and dense pockets may require extra time for travel Thursday morning.

Any fog that develops should burn off by 10 a.m. Otherwise, mostly sunny with high temperatures trending about ten degrees above average again, in the low 80s.

Sunset will be at 7:35 p.m.

Highs will stay in the 80s through the weekend. Clouds increase Friday with our next chance of light rain possible Friday evening into Saturday morning with a weak cold front approaching us from the west. Partly sunny Saturday. Mostly cloudy Sunday with scattered showers and storms possible Sunday night into Monday. Additional chances for rain through next week with temperatures sliding to more seasonable 70s.
