4Warn Weather – We’re looking ahead to the weekend, and some parts of the weekend could feature a few raindrops. There may even be a few rumbles of thunder.
For the rest of this Friday, we’ll see more clearing take over, giving way to what should be a quiet night. Lows tonight will be near 50 degrees, with most of the suburbs in the middle to upper 40s.
Saturday
The weekend starts off with lots of sunshine on Saturday. It will, however, be a touch cooler, with highs in the upper 60s. While it won’t be as warm as we’ve seen most of this week, it’s still above normal for this time of the year.
Sunday
Sunday is when we see changes arrive in the form of cooler temperatures, rain, and perhaps a rumble of thunder. The culprit is a cold front, which brings us a few showers late in the morning and afternoon.
There may even be a few rumbles of thunder; however, no severe weather is anticipated. Chances look best in northern lower Michigan, but we’re not excluded from this chance.
Next week
After this front moves through, temperatures will drop significantly for next week. The highs will start the new work week in the mid-60s. We’ll hang there for most of the week before warming into the lower 70s by Friday of next week.
