Sunshine and seasonal 60s return in Metro Detroit

We begin to climb out of this cold snap this afternoon through the weekend.

4Warn Weather – It’s a frosty start out there with multiple suburbs falling below freezing. Make sure to check out the supermoon before sunrise!

We will be a touch warmer today and closer to average with calmer winds. This is the start of a warming trend, paired with sunny skies into the weekend.

Sunset is at 6:47 p.m.

We rise into the mid-60s on Friday. Another great night for high school football! Temperatures warm to either side of 70 this weekend as high pressure brings dry conditions and more sunshine. This will be a great weekend to take in outdoor fall activities like the apple orchard or corn maze. Temperatures will likely stay in the 70s into early next week.
