Metro Detroit weather brings more treats than tricks as we near end of October

Warming up above average through the weekend

4Warn Weather – It’s another frosty start out there with multiple suburbs in the 30s. Once the sun rises, we will see a nice rise in temperatures today. Grab your sunglasses!

Sunrise is at 7:50 a.m.

We will be a touch warmer today, taking us above average. Highs will be in the mid-60s with a warming trend through the weekend. High pressure will continue to keep us dry and sunny into early next week.

Sunset is at 6:46 p.m.

Another great night for high school football! Temperatures warm to either side of 70 this weekend under mainly clear skies.

This will be a great weekend to take in outdoor fall activities. It will be a cool start on Sunday morning with temperatures in the 40s, but great running weather for the Detroit Free Press Marathon.

High temperatures will likely stay in the 70s into early next week. Next chance for rain appears to only be a slight chance late Tuesday into Wednesday morning.
