Ghouls, goblins brace for spooky Halloween as chilling forecast looms in Metro Detroit

Thursday highs in lower 70s; Friday highs in upper 50s

4Warn Weather – Hold on to your witches hat as the strongest winds blow during the afternoon and evening on Thursday.

A powerful cold front will abruptly end our record-breaking temperatures by Friday.

Halloween morning should be dry, with scattered showers arriving during the midday hours.

Those showers will be pretty scattered, so you might be able to attend some of those outdoor school Halloween parades, especially the ones in the morning.

By 5 p.m., most, if not all, rain will be gone, but the winds will continue to pick up and could gust as high as 50mph!

Friday

Behind the front, there are a few days of fall chill, with highs Friday and Saturday in the mid-50s.

See you at 11 p.m.
