Rain, snow mix on Saturday
Before the cold moves into Southeast Michigan on Sunday night, snow is possible Saturday morning. Most of the area will get a half-inch up to 2 inches, unless a little rain is in the mix, which would slightly reduce those expected totals.
Cold air brings sub-zero wind chills
Then, the dangerously cold air moves into Southeast Michigan Sunday night through Wednesday. This is the coldest air of the season so far.
The wind chills will be between 15 and 25 degrees below zero each morning and high temperatures will only be in the single digits.
