Damp, cool conditions continue through Thursday in Metro Detroit

Feeling like fall through Friday

Damp and chilly today with scattered rain showers and drizzle. It will be breezy with winds around 15 to 25 mph from the northwest, keeping temperatures in the low to mid 50s. We should start to push these showers out of the area later this evening as the Low tracks east. However, it will feel like fall through Friday with highs in the 50s and lows in the 40s.

Holiday Weekend

A gradual warm-up ensues through the holiday weekend. High temperatures will rebound into the 60s this weekend with mainly drier conditions. As temperatures rise into the upper 60s across the Metro area on Memorial Day, we are looking at pleasant parade conditions, but not great pool weather.

Up North

Heading up north? Most of Northern Lower Michigan will remain dry through the holiday weekend highs highs ranging from the 50s to low 60s.

Next Week

Seasonal 70s will return next week with long-range data indicating possible 80s by next weekend.
