Scattered showers expected in Metro Detroit this week -- Here’s what to know

Wednesday highs in lower 60s, Thursday highs in upper 60s

On Wednesday, it will be breezy and cool in Metro Detroit with scattered showers and highs only in the low 60s. (WDIV)

4Warn Weather – A cool couple of days with scattered showers are expected in Metro Detroit, followed by a big warm-up.

Tuesday

We’ll have cloudy skies overnight with lows in the mid-50s.

Wednesday

Wednesday will be breezy and cool with scattered showers and highs only in the low 60s.

Thursday

There will be a few more showers on Thursday with highs in the upper 60s. 

Friday

Finally, we start to warm up on Friday with partly cloudy skies and temperatures around 70 degrees.

Showers and possibly a thunderstorm return late Friday, but at this point looks like everything holds off for the Detroit Grand Prix qualifiers. 

Weekend forecast

Saturday and Sunday look picture perfect with sunshine and highs in the low to mid-70s.
