ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The kickoff time for Michigan football’s home game against USC is the latest to be revealed.

Kickoff times are slowly starting to trickle out this week, and we now know that the first battle between Michigan and USC as conference foes will begin at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 21. It will be broadcast on CBS.

USC was one of four former Pac-12 teams -- along with UCLA, Washington, and Oregon -- to join the Big Ten starting in 2024. The Trojans will make the trip to the Big House in Week 4 to battle the defending national champions.

Both teams will be replacing plenty of NFL talent this season, including a pair of top-10 picks at quarterback -- Caleb Williams (No. 1 to the Chicago Bears) and J.J. McCarthy (No. 10 to the Minnesota Vikings).

Here are the Michigan football kickoff times we know so far:

  1. Fresno State (home) -- 7:30 p.m. Aug. 31.
  2. Texas (home) -- noon Sept. 7.
  3. USC (home) -- 3:30 p.m. Sept. 21.
  4. Ohio State (away) -- noon Nov. 30.

Michigan will also host Arkansas State, Minnesota, Michigan State, Oregon, and Northwestern. The Wolverines will travel to Washington, Illinois, and Indiana.
