Slow-moving showers dissipating tonight in Metro Detroit, more showers over weekend
TONIGHT:
The slow-moving showers will dissipate and leave the area with partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies. Lows will fall to the mid 50s. Northeasterly winds will be 5 to 10 mph.
TOMORROW (SATURDAY):
We will have a mix of sunshine and clouds with highs in the mid 70s. Winds will be out of the northeast early and mainly out of the east later at 5 to 10 mph.
TOMORROW NIGHT:
It will be mostly cloudy as the chance of rain showers increases later in the evening. Scattered showers will be possible overnight. Lows will be in the upper 50s to 60 degrees.
SUNDAY:
Heading to early services? A couple of showers may linger into the early morning hours. Going to afternoon or evening Cinco de Mayo celebrations? Skies will range from partly cloudy to mostly cloudy in the afternoon. An isolated, pop-up shower is possible. Highs will be in the mid 70s. Lows will fall to around 50 degrees.
MONDAY:
It will be partly cloudy with highs in the upper 60s to 70 degrees. Lows will be around 50 degrees.
Warmer air and more moisture will move into Southeast Michigan. A few showers will be possible through the week. Temperatures will gradually warm to around 80 degrees on Wednesday, but a cold front will bring cooler air on Thursday.
