Police said the victim was trying to cross Gratiot Avenue when he was struck by a vehicletraveling northbound on the road.
The 4-year-old boy was discovered alone around 2 a.m. Wednesday. – Police have located the parents of a 4-year-old boy found wandering alone early Wednesday morning on Detroit’s east side.
The child, who police said is non-verbal and possibly autistic, was discovered around 2 a.m. in the area of E. Outer Drive and Haverhill wearing a diaper.
